Shipping information

We endeavour to get our products to you in the quickest, safest and most cost effective way, and we offer shipping across Australia. If you are located in Perth you can choose to pick your products up from our warehouse located in Balcatta.

Please allow for 5 business days for metro deliveries or up to 8 business days for regional deliveries (depending on your location), but we’ll always do our best to get it to you sooner!

Shipping is currently only available within Australia.

 

Operating difficulties

If you are experiencing operating difficulties with any SOUV product, please contact us here for expert assistance. Many operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice and our team members are always happy to help you. 

 

Easy returns & exchanges

SOUV Australia will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or replacement where:

  • The product is faulty, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match our description, and
  • Proof or purchase is provided (your original order number will do).

Or, in the unlikely event that you don’t like your SOUV product or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we are more than happy to exchange it for anything in our store of equal value or refund the full product amount where:

  • Proof of purchase is provided (keep hold of your order number)
  • The product is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Complete with instruction manuals and accessories
  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that SOUV Australia will not reimburse or be responsible for shipping or delivery charges except where a product fault has been identified. Any delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
